Sub-processors
We use the third-party sub-processors below to provide the service. We require each to protect personal data to a standard consistent with this policy and our Data Processing Agreement.
Hosting & CDN. Vercel Inc. (Vercel Pro) provides application hosting and content delivery, under its Data Processing Agreement.
Database. Neon provides the production PostgreSQL database that stores buyer and agent records.
IP geolocation - ipapi.co. Approximate city/country derived from your IP address, used as part of the engagement measurement described in our Privacy Policy.
Email delivery. Resend (Resend, Inc.) sends transactional email on our behalf, such as contact form messages, support and help requests, and account related notifications. It processes the recipient email address and the content of those messages. Buyer invitation links are distributed by the agent through the agent's own systems and are not sent by us.
Payments. Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates) processes payments on our behalf. When you purchase a listing, Stripe handles your payment and billing details. We do not store your full card number. Stripe processes this information as described in its own terms and privacy policy.
